About The Role and Team Quantum Motion is a fast-growing quantum computing scale-up based in London founded by internationally renowned researchers from UCL and Oxford University with over 40 years’ experience in developing qubits and quantum computing architectures. Our team of 100+ is based in Oxford and London, with a centre of mass in our Islington lab. Functions of the Role As Director of Systems Delivery , you will build and lead the function responsible for the complete lifecycle of Quantum Motion’s full-stack silicon quantum systems, from initial programme planning, build, and integration through commissioning, acceptance testing, and handover. You will drive cross-functional alignment across hardware, software, systems integration, and operations. Key priorities include establishing delivery playbooks, acceptance protocols, and customer site infrastructure readiness, while synchronising complex silicon bring-up with agile software developments.
