1. Information you submit

When you join the free-access list, we collect your name, email, optional LinkedIn URL, stated job-search situation, and the type of support you are interested in.

2. Browser-local job workspace

The first version of My Job Search Workspace stores saved job details, fit-check answers, application status, follow-up dates, and your notes in local storage in your browser on the current device. The workspace does not require an account and this browser-local information is not synced to our database by the workspace feature.

You can remove individual jobs, clear the workspace from the workspace page, or clear the site's stored data through your browser settings. Clearing browser data or switching devices may permanently remove this information.

3. How we use submitted information

• To process your free-access or support request.
• To send a welcome message and relevant job-search or product updates.
• To understand which tools and resources are useful to job seekers.
• To protect forms and services from abuse or duplicate submissions.

4. Analytics

When analytics is enabled, we may record page views and product interactions such as opening a resource, saving a job, changing a job's stage, or clicking an external application link. Workspace note text and fit-check wording are not included in these analytics events.

5. Email delivery

Email delivery may be provided through Resend. If email delivery is unavailable, a valid form submission may still be stored for operational follow-up.

6. Job providers and external sites

Public job listings are attributed to their source. When you open or apply to a listing, you may leave 001 Job Search and use a provider or employer website. That site's privacy policy and terms govern the information you submit there.

7. Retention and your choices

Submitted access and support records may be retained for operational support, communications, and duplicate prevention. You can request correction or deletion of information submitted to us by contacting hello@001jobsearch.com.

8. Donations

Donations are optional and independent from access to core job-search tools. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; 001 Job Search does not store full card information.

9. Security and data sales

We use reasonable safeguards for information handled by the service. We do not sell personal data and do not intentionally display private workspace or application information publicly.
