When you submit the free application form we collect your name, email, optional LinkedIn URL, your stated situation, and product area of interest.

2. How we use your data

• To verify and process your access request.
• To send a welcome message and occasional support-related updates.
• To improve our free resources and job search experience.

3. Email delivery

Emails are sent via Resend only when RESEND_API_KEY is configured. If not configured, we still record your submission and keep your account in queue so the workflow still works.

4. Retention

Submission records are stored in our database for operational support and to prevent duplicate applications.

5. Your choices

You can request access correction or deletion by contacting hello@001jobsearch.com.

6. Donations

Donations are optional and independent from accessing job search tools. We do not gate core features behind payment.

7. Security

We do not sell personal data. We do not display your data publicly.
