1. Free access and pay-it-forward model

001 Job Search provides core job-search tools and resource content free of charge. Donations are optional and are not required to use core functionality.

2. Personal job-search use

You may use the site for your own job-seeking activities. Do not use automated access, scraping, interference, or abuse that harms service reliability, providers, employers, or other users.

3. Job listings and external applications

Listings may be aggregated from third-party providers and can change, expire, contain errors, or be removed without notice. 001 Job Search is not the hiring employer unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing the employer, role, source, requirements, and legitimacy before applying or sharing personal information.

Applications are normally completed on an external provider or employer site. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, response times, listing accuracy, or continued availability.

4. Browser-local workspace

The first version of My Job Search Workspace stores saved jobs, fit checks, statuses, follow-up dates, and notes in your browser on the current device. You are responsible for maintaining any backup you need. Clearing browser data, changing browsers, or changing devices can remove this information, and cross-device synchronization is not promised unless the site explicitly says it is available.

Fit scores and checklists are organizational aids, not hiring decisions or guarantees. Use your own judgment when deciding whether and how to apply.

5. Resource content

Guides and tools are provided for general informational and organizational purposes. They should be adapted to your experience, goals, location, and circumstances. Employment results vary by person, employer, and labor market.

6. Information you submit

By submitting a signup or support form, you authorize us to store and use the submitted information for operations, support, communications, abuse prevention, and service improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Donations

Donations are handled by third-party payment processors when configured. You agree to the processor's applicable terms when donating. Donations do not create an employment, recruiting, placement, or advisory relationship.

8. Service changes

We may update, add, suspend, or remove features and may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
