Here's what your day-to-day will look like:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>High-Volume Alert Review &amp; Resolution</strong> – Managing, analyzing, and resolving transaction monitoring alerts flagged by our systems, ensuring swift and accurate decision-making on complex or ambiguous customer behaviors.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Advanced Escalation Handling</strong> – Serving as the primary point of contact for complex alerts escalated by other teams, conducting the necessary deep dives to quickly determine if further investigation or filing is required.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Detection Logic Feedback Loop</strong> – Translating insights gained from your daily alert reviews into actionable feedback for Product and Data teams to help tune, refine, and update our transaction monitoring rules.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Process &amp; Workflow Optimization</strong> – Identifying bottlenecks in the daily alert handling queue and proposing tactical improvements to streamline workflows, reduce false positives, and increase team efficiency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Mentorship on the Line</strong> – Coaching and onboarding junior analysts by sharing best practices on transaction analysis, pattern recognition, and effective case documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Compliance &amp; Airtight Documentation</strong> – Ensuring every resolved alert is backed by clear, concise, and defensible rationale that stric...
