Among other tasks you will be working on Strategic Leadership & Organization: You will lead our entire engineering team Translate business strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps Lead Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and Technical Product Managers, overseeing their performance and development while supporting the recruiting process for new team members Collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, Go-To-Market, and other key stakeholders on strategic planning, prioritization, and company-wide decision-making Manage the engineering budget, workforce planning, and external vendor/outsourcing strategy – aligning costs, capacity, and business value What you bring along for this role 5+ years of proven experience leading a larger and technically diverse engineering organization – ideally in a fintech environment or SaaS company, with a track record of actively developing internal talent into senior and leadership roles Strong background in infrastructure design and implementation, combined with end-to-end system architecture experience across production environments, ensuring systems are sc...
