For this role, you would be joining Paper.io 2 team: we are leaving hypercasual era behind, and building a brand through top-notch quality and polish, including in our creatives. Role Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools) Profile Fully proficient with video editing and content creation Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity Creative and have a hacker mindset Understand how your creations drive marketing performance Fluent in English, both oral and written At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.) Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Swile Lunch voucher Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo) Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family Wellness activities in our Paris office Remote days on Fridays Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
