You will turn safety requirements into effective product features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, and measurable improvements. Working closely with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support, you will help us identify risks earlier, build safeguards into new features, and continuously improve how our safety systems perform. This is a newly created role within our Product team, working directly with our CTO, Michael Monin and our Legal & Safety Lead, Maxwelle Sokol . You will have significant ownership from the outset and the opportunity to shape how the safety product function develops as the company continues to grow.
