Production Test Engineer (m/f/d)

<p>As a Production Test Engineer (m/f/d), you are a central part of our Production Engineering team. You plan, implement, and support test automation for electronic assemblies in our series production. Together with our first-class team, you play a crucial role in continuing to push the boundaries of drone technology.</p><p>In close collaboration with stakeholders from Research and Development, you continuously work to improve production quality and increase throughput.</p><p>Through your work, you support Quantum Systems in its mission to make unmanned aerial systems (sUAVs) the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions.</p><p><br /></p><h4><strong>What is your Day to Day Mission:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Build and maintain a test automation and/or test execution framework.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain library functions and interfaces for test automation.</p></li><li><p>Develop automated tests for electronic assemblies to ensure quality in the production process.</p></li><li><p>Develop automated tests for test benches.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Research and Development to define processes and support design-for-testability.</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><br /><br /><h4></h4><h4><strong>What you bring to the team:</strong><br /></h4><ul><li><p>You have a degree — Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diplom — in a relevant field such as Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or Information Technology.</p></li><li><p>You have professional experience with test frameworks such as Pytest, NI TestStand, openHTS, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>Python</strong> is required; knowledge of LabVIEW is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>You enjoy optimizing production processes and finding new, innovative ways to solve problems.</p></li><li><p>You are highly self-motivated and independently drive your area of responsibility forward.</p></li><li><p>Confident use of Git and modern collaborative development processes.</p></li><li><p>Enthusiasm for technology — whether drones, 3D printing, robotics, or simply tinkering.</p></li><li><p>Thanks to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent manner, it is easy for your colleagues to see you as an internal expert.</p></li><li><p>Communication in <strong>German</strong> and <strong>English</strong> comes easily to you.</p></li></ul><p><br /></p><h4><strong>Why Quantum-Systems:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.</p></li><li><p>We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary. </p></li><...
