You'll influence technical decisions, contribute to system architecture, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support our global business.</p><p>We're looking for engineers who embrace modern software development practices and actively leverage AI-powered development tools such as <strong>Cursor</strong> and <strong>Claude Code</strong> to improve productivity and code quality.</p><h3><br>Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services while contributing to frontend features where required.</li><li>Build high-quality, well-tested software following modern engineering and DevOps best practices.</li><li>Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across the platform.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions.</li><li>Review code, mentor teammates, and continuously improve engineering standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and continuously enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.</li></ul><h3><br>What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…</h3><ul><li>5–6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus and frontend exposure.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, REST APIs, Postg...
