Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis You lead and further develop our budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring they are aligned with our business and growth objectives. You analyze financial performance, conduct variance analyses, and derive actionable recommendations to support better business decisions. Internal Controls & Compliance You will develop and strengthen internal control mechanisms, helping to identify risks early on and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.  You will assist with annual financial statement audits in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), participate in audits, and, when necessary, coordinate the implementation of required measures from a controlling perspective. Financial Reporting & Performance Monitoring You oversee the preparation of meaningful financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis, creating transparency on the company’s financial performance. You use KPIs and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and support financial steering. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support You work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business functions to integrate financial insights into broader business planning.
