You'll be on camera, you'll run our organic social end to end, and you'll turn it into a channel that drives sign-ups — and a community people actually want to be part of. You won't do it alone: you'll work hand in hand with our Organic Growth team and our community manager.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll own every organic social channel for Freecash — from ideation and filming to editing, publishing, testing, and iteration — and you'll be the person on screen. You'll lead across:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">User acquisition — content that doesn't just rack up views, it converts strangers into sign-ups.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">User activation &amp; retention — sticky, relevant storytelling that keeps our community engaged and coming back.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Product communication — when we launch or change something, you make it land.
