Job Overview Our Structure team builds the software foundation for consistent, scalable index development at Solactive. We provide APIs, libraries, configuration patterns, testing frameworks, and reusable components for index construction workflows, supporting a great UX for ideation, production, and maintenance of new indices with clients. In this senior role, you will shape the technical architecture of a business-critical service that accelerates index development and improves quality across the index lifecycle. Your Tasks Lead the technical direction and architectural evolution of the domain, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions for internal and external users of the index development service. Lead complex initiatives end-to-end: clarify ambiguous requirements, shape solution approaches, and drive implementation across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure. Raise engineering standards through hands-on leadership, including code and design reviews, coaching, and a strong focus on simplicity, quality, and maintainability. Partner with product, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to identify core problems, challenge assumptions, and deliver solutions aligned with the platform vision.
