Come build your future with us. About the Role: As Senior Product Designer, you will define how AI feels for the teams building our homes. You'll shape the experiences that our Superintendents and Direct Construction Operators (DCOs) rely on every day - across our mobile application, advanced AI based video analysis, and new experiences around automated data capture on site. This is a role for a designer who blends sharp interaction design with strong visual craft. You'll take novel, sometimes ambiguous AI capabilities - computer vision, multimodal models, agents - and turn them into interfaces that feel clear, trustworthy, and genuinely delightful on a jobsite. You know the emerging patterns for designing with AI (surfacing confidence, handling uncertainty, guiding and correcting the model) and you have a point of view on how to make them feel effortless for users who are not sitting at a desk. Motion design won't be your day-to-day focus, but you can reach for it to bring AI experiences to life and make them compelling. Just as importantly, you're an exceptional communicator: helping craft executive level presentations that carry Homebound's AI narrative across the entire company, our board, and our investors. What You'll Do: Own the end-to-end experience: Design interaction flows and polished, high-craft visuals across all of our field initiatives.
