This role serves as the primary advisor to partners, helping them maximize their success on the Angi platform through data-driven insights, operational guidance, and strategic planning. The Associate Director operates as a trusted partner to both external stakeholders and internal teams, translating complex performance data into actionable recommendations that drive partner growth, retention, and long-term value. This role requires someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent relationship management skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing partners and internal stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve both partner outcomes and Angi’s business performance. While this is a remote position, we are a global company and are looking for applicants located in eastern or central time zones to align with our team's working hours. What you’ll do Strategic Account Ownership Manage a portfolio of Angi’s most strategic Service Professional partners, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor. Develop a deep understanding of partner businesses, goals, and performance on the platform to identify growth opportunities and risks. Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, providing consultative guidance that improves their outcomes and long-term partnership with Angi. Lead regular business reviews with partners, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
