WHAT YOU'LL DO We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to set the product direction for new, zero-to-one initiatives focused on applying AI to make better care decisions in oncology â helping people receive the right, evidence-based treatment at the moment it matters. Working closely with senior clinical, operations, engineering, and business leaders, you will shape the strategy, identify the highest-value opportunities, and lead the most complex and consequential product work needed to build a solution with the potential to become a category-defining platform. This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role for a product leader who can operate at both the strategic and implementation levels â moving fluidly between learning from users, defining product direction, partnering with engineering and other stakeholders to shape solutions , and driving execution to launch. You will establish the product foundation across workflow tooling, data integrations, and AI systems, while creating patterns that can scale across future products and initiatives.
